Lumeo Link is a product of Lumeo Digital (“Lumeo,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Lumeo Link, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. The email address you use to sign in, and — if you sign in with Google — basic profile details Google shares with us (name and email).
- Profile content. The information you add to your public profile, such as your name, photo, links, events, and business details. This content is published publicly by design.
- Usage data. Aggregate analytics about your public profile, such as page views and link clicks, including a randomly generated visitor identifier used only to estimate unique visits. This is not linked to a person’s real identity.
- Technical data. Essential cookies used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.
How we use information
- To provide, secure, and operate the service and authenticate you.
- To generate your public profile and its structured (AI- and search-readable) data.
- To measure how your profile performs and to improve the product.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run Lumeo Link, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google). We may also use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand product usage.
Your public profile
Anything you publish on your profile is public. It is intended to be discovered, indexed by search engines, and read by AI tools. Please do not include information you wish to keep private.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us at contact@lumeodigital.co.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
Lumeo Link is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
