These Terms govern your use of Lumeo Link, a product of Lumeo Digital (“Lumeo,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Lumeo Link lets you create a structured, public profile page that organizes your links and information so it can be understood by people, search engines, and AI tools.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lumeo Link to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Post malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant Lumeo a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service — including publishing it publicly and in machine-readable form. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to use it.

Our content

The Lumeo Link software, design, and brand belong to Lumeo. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the service.

Beta service

Lumeo Link may be offered in beta. Features may change, and the service is provided “as is” while we continue developing it.

Termination

You may stop using Lumeo Link at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumeo Link is provided without warranties, and Lumeo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the changes.
